How to Write a Google Review Using a Desktop PC

Please note, you must have a Google account to be able to leave a review.

• Open Google maps and make sure you are signed in
• On the left side of the screen, use the search facility to type in the name of the business
• Press enter
• A photograph and the name of the business will appear
• Make sure it is the correct business
• Scroll down the left side, and towards the bottom of the screen it will say “Write A Review”
• Click this and a box will appear in the middle of the screen
• There will be five stars in the box, pick the one that matches your experience of the service provided
• Below the stars you can add written details, but this is not compulsory
• Once finished, click “Post” and your review will be published.
