STEP 1
Fill out the form below to provide our team with some more details about your repair.
STEP 2
Ship your items to us, using your preferred shipping method. We recommend getting a tracked service when sending things to ShoeMedic. All items should be addressed to:

Be sure to include your return address, along with your name and phone number.
If shipping from outside of Canada, please contact us prior to shipping your item for additional instructions.
STEP 3
Your invoice will be e-mailed to you. The invoice will include your repair costs and return shipping. Once paid, your item(s) will be shipped back to you.
