How to Write a Google Review Using a Mobile Phone

Please note, you must have a Google account to be able to leave a review.

• Open the Google maps app (this is pre-installed on an Android phone but if you have an iPhone, you may have to download it from the app store)
• Make sure you are signed in
• At the top of the screen, use the search facility to type in the name of the business
• Select the correct business from the list of options
• It will appear as a marker on the map
• Scroll down to the bottom of the screen where it says “Rate and review”
• Underneath this there are five stars, click the one that matches your experience of the service provided
• You will be taken to the next screen where you can add written details and photographs, but this is not compulsory
• Once finished, click “Post” (at the top of the screen) and your review will be published.
