Can't visit our Oakville shop? ShoeMedic makes it easy to send your shoes, boots, sneakers, handbags, and leather goods to us from anywhere in Canada. We assess your item, email you a quote, complete the approved repair, and ship it back securely.
Please note: Products may be available for international shipping where supported at checkout. Repair services are available in-store at our Oakville location or by mail-in from within Canada. If you are outside Canada, please contact us before shipping any repair item.

How It Works:
Step 1 - Submit your repair request
Tell us what item you are sending, what needs attention, and include photos if possible. This helps us understand the repair before your item arrives.
Step 2 - Ship your item with tracking
Pack your item securely and send it to ShoeMedic using your preferred carrier. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Please include your name, phone number, email address, and return shipping address inside the package.
Step 3 - Receive your quote
Once your item arrives, we inspect it and email you a quote for the recommended repair work and return shipping.
Step 4 - Approve and pay
If you approve the quote, payment can be completed through the invoice link. We begin work after approval and payment.
Step 5 - Repair and return shipping
After the repair is complete, your item is packed securely and shipped back to you with tracking where available.
