Saphir Instep Supports combine a sheep-leather surface and foam-rubber filling in self-adhesive inserts. Choose the listed 0, 1 or 2 option.

The store options are numbered 0, 1 and 2. Confirm the appropriate size and placement from the packaging or ask ShoeMedic before choosing; do not treat these numbers as standard shoe sizes.

Check placement before fixing the adhesive to a clean, dry surface. The insert should sit comfortably without creating extra pressure. Do not assume it is a tongue pad for filling space above the foot.
