How to Use

1. Clean and dry the inside of the shoe at the heel counter.
2. Remove the protective film from the adhesive side.
3. Position each grip at the back of the shoe with the cushioned gel surface facing the heel, then press firmly.
4. Use a shoehorn when putting on the shoes to help prevent the grips from rolling or folding.
