How to Apply

1. Make sure the inside of the shoe is clean and completely dry.
2. Test the position before removing the protective backing.
3. Peel away the backing.
4. Position the pad inside the front of the shoe.
5. Press firmly over the entire surface.

Place the wider portion beneath the ball of the foot. Position carefully before attaching, as removing and repositioning the pad may weaken the adhesive.
