How to Use

1. Clean and dry the forefoot area inside each shoe.
2. Place each half sole in the front of the shoe with the dotted markings lightly touching the inner lining.
3. Press firmly to secure the self-adhesive surface.
4. If adhesion decreases, remove the cushions, rinse with clear water, allow them to air dry and reuse.
