Saphir Teinture Française Penetrating Leather Dye
Darken compatible porous leather, suede or nubuck with Saphir Teinture Française, an alcohol-based dye. Choose the listed colour and size.
Colour and material
Intended for dyeing a base shade or moving from a lighter colour to a darker one. The result depends on porosity, original colour and preparation. Test first.
How to use
Prepare suitable smooth leather with Décapant as directed, protect surrounding surfaces and wear gloves. Apply evenly with the appropriate pad or brush, repeat if needed and follow the selected formula’s drying instructions before finishing.
Deep Black distinction
Deep Black and the older Black Base have different suitability. Do not use Deep Black on coated or patent leather. Patent-leather work is reserved for professional use with the specified Black Base; do not strip patent leather.
