Saphir Tenax Leather Dye Spray

Saphir Tenax Leather Dye Spray is a high-coverage aerosol surface dye for restoring or changing the colour of pigmented smooth and grained leather. Its water- and wear-resistant finish is suitable for shoes, boots, handbags, jackets, furniture and plastic heels.

High-Coverage Leather Colour Restoration

Tenax creates an even, durable colour layer on prepared leather. It is available in a broad range of colours in 150 ml cans, with selected colours also available in 400 ml.

How to Use

1. Clean the surface and remove dirt, polish and grease.
2. If the leather has already been dyed, prepare it with Saphir Decapant to remove the old finish and improve adhesion.
3. Shake the aerosol can thoroughly.
4. Hold approximately 30 cm from the surface and spray a light, even layer.
5. Allow the dye to dry for about 15 minutes.
6. After use, hold the can upside down and spray briefly to clear the nozzle.

Important: Tenax is a permanent surface dye. Always test on a hidden area first. It is intended for smooth and grained leather and is not suitable for suede or nubuck.
