Tarrago Sneakers Acrylic Customisation Paint

Tarrago Sneakers Paint is a water-based acrylic paint for recolouring and customising sneakers. Standard colours are suitable for smooth leather, synthetic leather and canvas when prepared as directed.

Colour and bottle size

Choose the colour and size shown in the product selector. The range includes White, Black, Navy, browns, blues, reds, greens, mixing colours, pastels, metallics, glitter, fluorescent, glow-in-the-dark, photochromic and iridescent options. Neutral is a mixing and finishing base, not an opaque colour. Each order contains one bottle in the selected colour and 25 mL or 125 mL size; colour and size availability varies.

Prepare for your material

Standard colours suit smooth leather, synthetic leather and canvas. Prepare leather with the recommended Deglazer Leather Preparer. Clean textiles first; fabric, mesh, canvas and denim need Sneakers Soft Maker mixed according to its instructions. Preparation products and additives are sold separately.

Standard-colour application

1. Test on an inconspicuous area and stir the paint until uniform.
2. Apply thin layers with a sponge or brush. Allow each layer to dry, usually one to three minutes, before recoating.
3. Allow 12 hours for final drying before use.

Other options: Neutral is a mixing and finishing base. Follow the bottle directions for glitter and glow colours; use Tarrago's special-effect instructions for photochromic and iridescent options, which have different base-coat and drying guidance.
