Sneaker Cleaning & Restoration in Oakville

Dirty uppers, marked soles and stained panels need an assessment of the whole pair. ShoeMedic provides sneaker cleaning in Oakville, with the approach chosen for the materials, finish and condition of your shoes.

Your repair options

What do you want improved?

Cleaning addresses dirt and marks. Wear, colour loss and damaged parts may need different work.

What to show us

Dirty uppers

Show the whole pair and close-ups of affected leather, fabric, suede or mixed-material panels.

Marked or yellowed soles

Tell us whether the change appeared after a spill, storage or regular wear.

Stains and odours

Mention the cause if known and any products or cleaning methods already tried.

What we assess

Material-specific assessment

We look at the panels, trim and existing condition before recommending cleaning.

Sole cleaning

Surface dirt may improve with cleaning. Discolouration is not always removable dirt, so a return to white cannot be promised.

Realistic results

Some stains and odours may remain. We discuss the expected improvement before work begins.

Cleaning or repair: which does your pair need?

If the main issue is dirt or surface marks and you still enjoy wearing the pair, a cleaning assessment is a useful starting point.

Show us loose soles, torn panels, worn lining or damaged stitching as well. Cleaning will not replace worn components or fix a poor fit. Those problems need a separate repair assessment.

For white sneakers, tell us which areas you want improved. Dirt, worn colour and changes in the sole material can look similar in a photograph but may need different approaches. A uniform white finish or complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.

If the pair needs substantial repair as well as cleaning, compare the complete quote with how much you would wear it afterwards.

Photographs that help us assess your item

Photograph both shoes from above and each side, plus the soles and close-ups of stains or damage. Include the inside if it is affected. Tell us about previous washing, sprays or stain treatments.

How It Works

Assessment, approval and cleaning

The final scope, quote and estimated timing follow physical inspection.

  1. Show us the problem

Bring both sneakers or send clear photographs of both shoes, their soles and the affected areas.
  2. Agree on the work

We explain the proposed work, its limitations, price and estimated timing. Work begins after approval; mail-in work also requires payment.

We complete the agreed work. Collect your sneakers in Oakville or use the return-shipping arrangements confirmed for your repair.
